Dental Implants
After an extraction, Apex patients start collecting implant quotes that hide the pieces. How do I know a crown or filling is necessary and not upselling?
Ask what the image shows, what happens if you wait, and whether a second opinion would change the plan. Complex teeth can have more than one honest path. That is not automatically a red flag. A red flag is a same-day push with no itemized quote and no diagnostic why. We keep the exam separate from the decision to treat.
Can I get a clear price before x-rays and restorative work?
You should. Hidden imaging fees are a common complaint in this market. We work from an itemized quote before restorative work starts. Dollar amounts live on that quote, not in this copy, because the tooth, the material, and your plan change the number. Financing and the Loren Loyalist membership are how patients usually spread cost. Insurance often helps more on preventive visits than on a crown or implant, which is worth knowing before you assume major work is included.
